No, you don’t need to be home. As long as we have access to your yard, we can perform our services and take care of the mess without any disruption to your schedule.
We offer an optional waste removal service. If you choose this add-on, we will take the waste with us and dispose of it responsibly. Otherwise, We double-bag all pet waste and place it neatly in your designated trash bin for regular collection.
We optimize our routes daily to keep services efficient and affordable. While we can’t guarantee exact times, we’ll always arrive on your scheduled day. You’ll get an alert the day before and an “on the way” message 30-60 minutes before we arrive. Special requests? We’ll do our best to accommodate!
When you sign up we will ask whether or not our technicians are safe to enter the yard if your dog is out. If your dog is potentially defensive or will attempt an escape, we ask that you bring the dog inside out of an abundance of caution. Otherwise, our technicians would be happy to have the company!
You can request a preferred cleanup day, and we’ll do our best to accommodate it based on your location and our routes. We’re here to make it as convenient for you as possible.

Your dog doesn’t stop going so neither do we. We provide dog waste removal services all year. Even in winter, we ensure your property remains clean.
We work in light rain but not in serious inclement weather such as heavy rain, lightning, or snow. In the event of snow, once the ground is covered our services will be temporarily paused.
If an appointment is missed due to weather issues, we will get to it as soon as possible. If we are not able to perform the cleaning that service period, you will not be charged for that appointment and the service will be resumed the following week.
